Definition of a Public User?

Can someone confirm what a Public User is please? Public and private users are mentioned on the Pricing page. If I understand correctly a Public User

  • would not be someone who simply visits and browses a public facing site.
  • would be anyone who needs to create an account and login/authenticate on a public facing site - to register and access member-only content for example.

Yes that’s correct! A public user is someone who creates an account and logs in. Our public user allotment refers to active public users, anyone who either signs up within a month or logs into their account. Let me know if that helps!
