Improving image size and page speed on Plasmic blog.

Hi Plasmic community,
We’ve just launched our “blog” section using Plasmic. Easy for tech team, easier for marketing team, perfect solution for us.

If you have any advice on the image size (or type of file) optimization, we’ll take it. The page speed could be better with a better image management.

One thing you can consider doing is making some of the background images into image elements, since background images cannot be optimized in the same way

You can insert both an image element and the content container into a grid element, and set the position of both to the same place so that they overlap. Lmk if that makes sense!
