Radix UI component store empty

Is there an issue with radix ui component store? is it supposed to be empty as this? If so, how do i install my own design systems? Am curious of installing shadcn or radix

Trying this exercise now and find the artboards constantly sticking to the right panel instead of freeform like this for some pages. any ideas?
