Text color not changing in button hover state.

Hi can someone help me, I am trying to change the color of text in a button in plasmic studio but it does not allow me to do that in hover state.
I attached a video of what i am trying to do.
Also, here is a link to the project I am working on, it concerns the “Join waitlist” button.
