Where to do Custom CSS Embed

I’m been trying to follow https://docs.plasmic.app/learn/custom-fonts/#custom-fonts-without-codebase-integration but I can’t find where to do a Custom CSS Embed? How to I get to this?

You can find it in the insert panel, after clicking the blue insert button
